Steelweld 1/2"x12' Metal Shear

Capable of shearing ½” thick carbon steel up to 12’ long on a single cut, this machine allows us to cut sheet and plate to size with a clean, straight edge. Long strips more narrow than 4” do have a tendency to spiral.

Starlab 5'x10' Plasma CNC Table

Our new CNC plasma table has a plate capacity of 5'x10'. It has been paired with a Hypertherm Powermax 125 plasma cutter that can pierce and cut up to 1" thick steel plate. If you need a thicker plate cut, we can swap out the plasma for a cutting torch and burn the plate instead. Also included on this machine is an air scribe so if you would like the parts numbered, features marked or just like to add some decoration to the piece, we have you covered.

Victor Track Torch

If it’s too thick or too hard for our shear, we have a track torch that allows us to maintain a straight edge if not as clean as our shear.

Peerless 12 x 16 Band Saw

This horizontal band saw allows us to cut pipe and structural shapes up to 12”x16” with a clean, square edge.

Betenbander 12' x 190 Ton Press Brake

Capable of braking ¼” carbon steel 12’, 3/8” carbon steel 8’ and ½” carbon steel 4’.

Cincinnati #4 Vertical Mill

The Cincinnati #4 Mill allows for milling and boring operations with a travel range of 42” x 16” x 16”.

Bridgeport Mill

A robust manual lathe that allows for turning, boring, and threading operations on small and medium sized parts.
